Anchored to the house, not the siding
Vinyl siding is a thin skin made to move with the weather, and it cannot carry a TV. On siding we fit a flat mounting block and fix the mount through it into the framing behind. On brick or stone we drill into the masonry and use anchors rated for the load. Either way, the weight sits on the structure.
