The final installation location may differ from the customer's preferred location if wall structure, studs, electrical wiring, plumbing, fireplaces, tile, stone, masonry, or other site conditions make the requested location unsafe or unsuitable for installation.
R&R TV Mounting reserves the right to determine the safest and most appropriate mounting location based on structural conditions discovered during installation.
R&R TV Mounting is not responsible for hidden electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC components, structural defects, insulation, fire blocks, or other concealed conditions located behind walls, ceilings, fireplaces, or other surfaces that are not visible prior to installation.
Customers acknowledge that concealed conditions may affect installation methods, timelines, and final placement.
R&R TV Mounting is not responsible for failures, defects, damage, or performance issues caused by customer-supplied televisions, mounts, cables, accessories, hardware, streaming devices, or other equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all supplied equipment is compatible and in proper working condition.
R&R TV Mounting reserves the right to refuse any installation request that is deemed unsafe, structurally unsound, or inconsistent with industry best practices.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
